Russian scientists and artists signed a document appealing to the people
of Russia to take part in the All-Russian Census.

The Besermyans of Udmurtia are looking forward to the All-Russian Census.
This is the first time their nationality will be registered on it since
the Census of 1926, when they were 10,000 strong. They were excluded
from the statistics under Stalin.
