In an effort to make it easier to submit working papers to the Political
Methodology Electronic Paper Archive, we have developed the following simplified
procedure. Hopefully this will encourage the submission of methodology
meeting and APSA papers this summer.
1. Send an email to: polmeth@clas.ufl.edu,
with the subject header "POLMETH SUBMISSION".
2. Attach your paper as a pdf (acrobat) file (zipped or gzipped if
you like).
3. In the body of the email, provide:

author = "Last-name-of-first-author, first-name-of-first-author,
all other author's names",
-
title = "Title-of-your-paper"
-
keywords = "any,keywords,you,choose,separated,by,commas"
-
conference = "conference-indicator"
4. Also include a text abstract of any length.
That's all. Our staff will worry about naming conventions and
other little annoyances. In the few occasions where the pdf file
is too large for either email system, send us a note and we will work out
a procedure.
